- The product shall only be replaced if it’s a wrong one sent from our side. It will also be considered for return if it is found damaged during the shipping procedure. In these cases, we will replace the product but not refund the money.
- We are strictly against taking return requests for used products. In other words, any kind of products already used by the user will not be accepted for return. As we deal in only fresh products, we shall not entertain such requests.
- Our motive is to simply promote sexual wellness among people who can regain better lifestyles. Therefore, we do not sell products for commercial purposes or businesses. We, therefore, strictly advise customers to use our products individually and not share with outsiders or any third person.
- If any severe or minor damage is caused to the product by the customer, we shall not grant any return request. We will neither be answerable for the damage nor shall be taking up any return request for such products.
